Before startup, fully inspect the power supply, air circuit, transmission components, weighing sensors and dust removal system. Remove foreign objects and blockages inside silos, conveyors and mixers. Calibrate the weighing system regularly to ensure precise batching. Confirm all safety protection devices and emergency stop functions are in normal working condition.
Feed raw materials strictly according to preset recipes and feeding sequences. Hard blocks, iron impurities and foreign sundries are prohibited from entering the equipment to avoid mechanical damage. Overload feeding is forbidden to prevent material overflow and jamming. Do not modify system parameters and production recipes randomly during operation.
Monitor equipment operating status in real time during production. Stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting in case of abnormal vibration, noise, material leakage or inaccurate batching. Keep dust removal pipelines unobstructed to guarantee stable dust collection efficiency. It is strictly forbidden to touch running equipment or reach into the mixing chamber during operation.
After daily shutdown, thoroughly clean residual mortar powder in mixers, conveyors, silos and packaging equipment to prevent material caking and blockage. Regularly lubricate bearings, gears and transmission chains. Inspect the wear condition of mixing blades, sealing rings and vulnerable parts, and replace damaged accessories timely. Clean dust collector filter bags periodically to maintain stable dust removal performance.
All operators must complete professional pre-job training and wear standard labor protection equipment. Keep electric control cabinets dry and ventilated to avoid electric leakage and short circuit faults. Completely cut off power and air sources during equipment maintenance and overhaul to ensure operational safety.
For long-term shutdown, thoroughly clean all residual materials inside the whole plant. Perform professional rust-proof, moisture-proof and dust-proof treatment on mechanical structures and electrical components. Cut off all power and gas supplies to extend equipment service life.
