The automated pallet conveyor is a professional intelligent conveying equipment specially supporting dry mixed mortar production lines. It is mainly used for automatic transportation, transfer and docking of palletized finished mortar bags after packaging and palletizing. Before starting the equipment, check the power supply, transmission chain, rollers and photoelectric sensors. Ensure no foreign sundries, mortar dust accumulation or blockage on the conveyor surface. Confirm all safety protection devices and emergency stop buttons work normally to avoid startup failure and safety accidents.
Place pallets stably and centrally on the conveyor surface; eccentric placement and over-load transportation are prohibited. It is forbidden to manually push or pull pallets during equipment operation. Do not place irrelevant sundries on the conveyor to avoid affecting normal transmission.
Observe the equipment running status during production. In case of abnormal noise, pallet deviation, transmission jamming or sensor failure, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. It is forbidden to disassemble equipment components and modify system parameters arbitrarily during operation.
Clean the accumulated mortar dust and residual materials on rollers and chains every day after shutdown to prevent dust accumulation from affecting transmission flexibility. Regularly lubricate transmission chains, bearings and moving parts. Check the wear of rollers and chains, and replace vulnerable parts in a timely manner.
Operators must receive professional training before operation. It is strictly prohibited to stretch hands and tools into the running conveyor mechanism. Keep the electrical control box dry and ventilated. Cut off the power supply completely during equipment maintenance and overhaul.
